Welcome to KML Tools, a collection of free online geospatial tools for generating and converting KML and DXF files.
What do KML and DXF have in common? KML (Keyhole Markup Language) is the file format used by Google Earth and Google Maps. DXF (Drawing Exchange Format) is the file format used by design tools, such as SketchUp and AutoCAD. You can export a model from SketchUp to Google Earth with KML, but not vice versa. DXF can be used in order to import a model into Sketchup.
Note: On 6 March 2014 KML Tools switched to App Engine's High Replication Data (HRD) service for improved performance.
